The Lego Group:
Customer Care As Awesome As Their Product
“You are amazing and can accomplish anything you dream of. Dream Big.”
Drew & The LEGO Team
You may remember, a few months ago, our disheartening experience with a store’s customer service in our search for a longed for LEGO set. My son had saved for a year for the LEGO Space Center 3368. By that time however, the set was no longer being made by LEGO and was impossible to find at retail price. We reached out to the LEGO Group after a retailer failed us and boy did they respond!
Customer service can make or break a company in my opinion. And if that’s the case, LEGO has made it. LEGO heard our problem and tracked down a LEGO Space Center for my son. I didn’t tell him it was coming and he was super surprised!
Not only did LEGO send the amazing LEGO set, but a creative, encouraging, personal letter written just for him!! Talk about making a kid (and mom) feel special!
LEGO blocks have always been high on our toy list. Now knowing the care they have for their customers moves them to the top. Thank you, LEGO!!

This is wonderful — so glad LEGO® found this for your son. I know he was thrilled! We adore bricks in our house, too!

All three of my kids are asking for Lego sets this Christmas now!

They are awesome gifts for the kids because they actually get played with years beyond opening them. I think this is our 4th Christmas with a Lego set at the top 🙂 Merry Christmas!
