Sheraton Bucks County Hotel
at Sesame Place
During our most recent visit to Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA, we stayed at the beautiful Sheraton Bucks County Hotel directly across from the park. The hotel was fabulous! The original plan was to simply highlight the hotel for you and let you know it was there. However, we enjoyed it so much, I’m dedicating an entire post to it.
“The staff here have been taking care of Sesame visitors for a long time and want to make sure that our guests leave with wonderful memories of their visit. Many return year after year and become like family.” -Alan Garabedian, Sheraton Bucks’ CountyWe arrived at the hotel, walked in, and Elmo was there to greet us! My kids were sold from that point on.
Starting with the front desk, all of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. They genuinely seemed to be excited we were there. As I was checking in, my 9 year old was sure to ask all the important questions: how warm is your indoor pool? Are kids allowed in the hot tub? Where’s the shuttle? All of his questions were patiently answered (including the fact the pool is set at 90 degrees!). If, by some chance Elmo at the door wasn’t enough, the fact that the pool is 90 degrees alone would do it.
We were able to check in when we arrived a bit early, as a room was ready. After unloading the car, we went for a late lunch/ early dinner. Returning during regular check in hours, we were met by staff welcoming guests to the hotel with Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels, strawberries and cookies. Not only were the treats yummy, the guys were fun.
Our room had two full beds, a large flat screen TV, table /chairs, a refrigerator, etc. It was spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable. If you are lucky enough to score a room on the west side of the hotel, there’s a chance you will even have a view of Sesame Place from your room. We weren’t able to see it from our room, but we checked it out before getting on the elevators each time.
I had forgotten to print my tickets for the park before I left home, but the hotel had me covered. Their Link@Sheraton Experienced by Microsoft offered multiple computers all with high speed internet and wireless printing. Printing off my tickets was quick and easy. Forget something else? No worries! This hotel thought ahead and has your necessities waiting for you.
If you are a Starwood Preferred Guest Member, you are able to earn “Starpoints” from your stay at this hotel and offered some sweet extras like LATE CHECK OUT!!

What a fantastic place to take your kids. I’d never heard of this park before and wish I would have heard about it sooner. I will have to pass this info on to my friends with younger kids. Thanks!

My kids would flip to see Elmo waiting for them at check-in. And I love that you mentioned printing possibilities. That always comes up when we are on vacation.
This looks like a great place to stay at, thanks!
